One root. Many possibilities.

A deeper connection to land. A shared way forward.

Ekaah is a land buying collective. We bring together people who want to own land, shape a community and share the work of caring for their place.

Why we come together

Land can hold
more than ownership.

It can hold food, belonging, livelihoods and a different rhythm of life.

A person buying alone must often find the land, understand the documents, negotiate the purchase and organise the care. Ekaah brings those tasks into a shared process, shaped around the community and supported by the team.

The aspiration is to make meaningful land ownership more approachable, with shared expertise and expenses, while keeping the responsibilities clear.

Get to know our process

What guides us

People, place and shared care.

Community from the start

Every project begins with the aspirations of the people who may become its members.

Local relationships

We want land projects to create opportunities for local workers, growers and suppliers, keeping more value connected to the place.

Care for the landscape

Water, soil, native planting and the character of the land should inform cultivation, development and long-term management.

Three expressions of one idea

What would land
make possible for you?

Our projects differ by geography and member needs. The common foundation is community driven ownership and care.

The next step is a conversation

Your community could start with you.

Tell us what you want from land. We’ll begin with your aspirations, then bring together people who share them.
